By accessing and using Paramount Estimating Australia’s services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
Our estimation services are provided based on the details and documents provided by the client. We ensure accuracy to the best of our ability, but final project costs may vary due to market fluctuations and unforeseen project requirements.
3. Lead Time and Pricing
The estimated lead time for our services is 1-2 working days.
Pricing is determined based on geographical location, using RSMeans, our internal cost database (compiled from previous projects and experience), and real-time vendor quotes.
Clients may provide their own pricing for specific items if they are more confident in their cost assessment.
Our Excel sheets are pre-formulated for ease of use, requiring no additional work from the client.
4. Exclusions
- The estimated trades included in our detailed estimate will be explicitly mentioned.
- Any missing trades or items should be considered as exclusions unless otherwise specified.
5. Confidentiality and Data Security
- We take our clients’ privacy very seriously and never request sensitive information such as credit card details.
- Any drawings or project-related information shared with us will be securely stored and deleted from our servers one week after project delivery.
6. Revisions and Additional Support
- Filling out bid forms, making revisions due to changes in drawings, and completing project-related information forms will be provided free of charge.
- We will work according to the client’s requirements until full satisfaction is achieved.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for high accuracy, Paramount Estimating Australia is not responsible for discrepancies in project costs arising from unforeseen changes, incorrect project details provided by the client, or market price fluctuations.
8. Intellectual Property
All estimates and reports created by Paramount Estimating Australia remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
9. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
